If you have the chance and can find it, this invisible cheese is unreal.
My kids can probably tell you where you can find it if you’re having trouble tracking it down.
Seriously.

Finally found a word that defines my frantic attempt to get ready before someone comes over. Several of my friends told me that they can relate.
Ashes on our foreheads after attending mass tonight. Let the season of Lent begin.
I never know just how much I’m going to need when it comes to making dinner. I try to always error on a bit too much. I’m a fan of leftovers, so extra food means lunch the next day is easy.
I caught up with one of my uncles last week and during our conversation, he asked what I make for dinner (since there are 6 of us to feed.) I told him sheet pan dinners are a favorite of mine since they’re often so easy to put together.
I made one tonight, so I decided to send him a picture.
We got to celebrate my godson’s birthday this afternoon. I didn’t get a picture with him this time, but I DID get one with his mom!
Jake and I took a stained glass class together at The Artery Studio tonight. It was so much fun!
We received three orchid plants after our daughter Astrid died, but I was never able to get them to bloom a second time. We made these to remember our sweet little girl 💗 (and bonus, they don’t need to be watered!)
I took Shecklets #1 & 3 to meet up with Aunt Larissa for a snowshoe walk this afternoon. It was so nice to be outside and get fresh air!
Meanwhile, Jake took Shecklets #2 & 4 skiing.
I did it! I’m a few days in to 2022, but I did it. I finished listening to the Bible in a Year podcast from Fr. Mike Schmitz.
