Little #3 was on the pool deck this morning watching Little #1 and Little #2 in the water.  After their lesson she apparently went up to one of the pool employees and said, “I’m by three! Which lessons can I take?”  Guess we will be signing her up for lessons next session, too.

Such a fun day!  Little #3 thoroughly enjoyed turning 3.  I love that our friends and family came to help make her birthday extra special.

  6. What is your favorite outfit?  My purple dress (sweater dress)
  7. What is your favorite game?  Playing Pacman (we were recently at Aunt Kristin & Uncle Steve’s house and they have a Pacman video game in their basement)
  8. What is your favorite snack? Fruit snacks
  9. What is your favorite animal? My pink bear (from Build a Bear)
  10. What is your favorite song? “Bless the Lord” (10,000 Reasons by Matt Redman); “I lost my keys” (This is the stuff by Francesca Battistelli)
  11. What is your favorite book? Goldilocks and the Three Dinosaurs (which we renamed with her name instead)
  12. Who is your best friend? Stasi
  13. What is your favorite cereal? Cheerios
  14. What is your favorite thing to do outside? Play with Nolan and Lincoln
  15. What is your favorite drink? Hot cocoa and marshmallows
  16. What is your favorite holiday? Halloween
  17. What do you like to take to bed with you at night? Polkadot blanket (brown and pink)
  18. What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? Waffles
  19. What do you want for dinner on your birthday? Ravioli and cheese bread
  20. What do you want to be when you grow up? “I want to to be a fixing girl when I grow up!”

We did a little costume try on while shopping for groceries this morning.

Jake’s response to the text I sent with these shots was, “She looks like a character from Candy Crush!”

Good for the brain

Little #1 asked, “Mom, can I do more of this tomorrow?” Referring to the math work he was doing tonight. “It’s good for my brain!”
